In the building envelope of Sky Fort, solutions with planar elements for a tilted and twisted facade without the use of triangular modules have been implemented. And something exciting and daring! Openable parts are embedded in the project. The ETEM team has responded to the challenge and designed a secure solution for opening systems in an inclined facade at 125 m.

4. Sofia's Arch

The architecture of Sky Fort will set it apart in an undeniable way from other projects on the urban landscape. The shape of the building symbolizes an open arch welcoming visitors to the city through its southeastern gate.

And at its peak, Sky Fort will offer something unique to its residents and visitors. At the top of the building, a two-level restaurant, a playground, and an open observation terrace have been designed.
