ОСНОВНИ ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ ЗА ПОЗИЦИЯTA:

  • Подпомага дейността на склада - изходящ и входящ контрол на товарите.
  • Обработва постъпилите към склада заявки и следи за тяхното навременно изпълнение;
  • Извършва входящ и изходящ контрол на стоките;

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες και καθήκοντα

  • RFQ για προϊόντα - Update τιμών.
  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων αιτήσεων αγοράς & εντολών αγοράς από MRP, Adhoc, Υποκ/ματα ETEM.
  • Καταχώριση παραγγελιών & διαχείριση εντολών αγοράς (τιμές, χρόνοι παράδοσης, συνθήκες).
  • Αποστολή εντολών αγοράς σε προμηθευτές.
  • Αλλαγές σε PO από επιβεβαιώσεις κατόπιν συνεννόησης με προμηθευτές.
  • Παραλαβές δελτίων αποστολής / τιμολογίων, έλεγχος τιμής, συστημική παραλαβή.
  • Διαχείριση μεταφορών (Εσωτερικό) + Εισαγωγών (Εξωτερικό).

 

Χαρακτηριστικά υποψηφίου

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ Λογιστικής ή Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση και κατανόηση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Excel & Office.
  • Γνώση λειτουργίας ERP (κατά προτίμηση SAP).
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες & καλό time management.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα.
  • Ικανότητα να εργάζεται σε συνθήκες πίεσης κι εντός χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
  • Διαχείριση μεγάλου όγκου πληροφοριών.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία τριών ετών σε τμήμα Προμηθειών, Λογιστήριο ή Διαχείριση αποθήκης.
